Strike 5.... Theme Park 2. Everyone is afraid to go to
THE theme park...DISNEYLAND! "More room for me!"
shouts Abdul, as he dreams of no lines at his favorite park!

"It's a nasty job, but someone has to do it!"
smirks the bear. "If terrorists mess with Disneyland,
they'll have to answer to ME!"
Abdul considers Disneyland in LA to be the best theme park in the

His first stop,
Fantasyland. The first thing that happens is now known as
"The Unfortunate Tea Cup Incident". The bear's
favorite ride, the Tea Cups, is closed for maintenance. After
throwing a major tantrum, he goes to Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, where
he steals a car. "Now I feel better", he says. Next

Then he moves on to
Tomorrowland where they have this new cool-looking thingy.
"But where are the GOOD rockets? The ones that are way
up in the air?" Finding that they are gone, he
declares that Disneyland executives have managed to "ruin
the future", and he stalks off to the Pirates of the
Caribbean. After the ride, he buys a Pirate scarf complete
with Mouse Ears and he cheers up. "What a great ride!"

Another big favorite of Abdul's is the Enchanted Tiki
Room! "If they ever screw up the Tiki Room, I'm gonna
kick their ass!" Abdul says to the Disney staff.
"You're a cute bear!" they coo, completely ignoring his

Another great attraction is the Jungle

Abdul boards the boat as they sail off into the

"Gimme the gun!"
stammers the bear, who is about to be eaten. Next |

Abdul survives the Jungle Cruise and
goes to Toon Town. He grabs a car at
Goofy's Gas Station and drives to the house of someone he wants to
meet. Next

Abdul meets Mickey
Mouse! Each is equally impressed. "A traveling
bear!" says the intelligent mouse. "I knew he'd
understand" said Abdul later. Next

Abdul is very excited to get to ride on Dumbo!
"He's almost as cute as me." Next

The bear flies with
the elephant. Next
|
|
As night falls over
Disneyland, Abdul refuses to leave the Dumbo ride. "Look,
the Matterhorn!" he exclaims for the hundredth time as he
flies high over the park. Next

Only the nightime parade
will pry Abdul out of Dumbo. He dons his own Sorcerer's
Apprentice outfit and leads the Dancing Mushrooms from Fantasia.

He tries to upstage
Mickey by jumping on the whales which pull Mickey's float. Like
everyone in Disneyland, Mickey ignores Abdul's bad behavior.
"Everyone here is so nice," says the flustered bear.
"But I like it here anyway!" Abdul hates to
leave, but the park is closing and he has a Secret Mission to
