Ushicon is an Anime convention.  Anime means Japanese animation.
Examples of Anime are "Dragonball Z" and "Princess Mononoke".  There is Anime for both kids and adults.
"Ushi" is Japanese for cow and "con" stands for convention.  But USHICON not about cows!
 It's name is inspired by the convention location in Texas, home of Texas Longhorns and Cowboys!
