"Yep" says Abdul.

They stop for gas in Boerne.  "This place is too cute and too hard to pronounce.  I know where we should go!  Turn here!" orders Abdul.  Next

He sees the sign that he has been looking for: The Snake Farm!

But Abdul doesn't stay long.
"I thought this was a house of ill repute!  It really IS a snake farm, " sighed Abdul. Next

It's time for a spring ritual in Texas: tromping on the state wildflower in order to take an adorable picture.  They stop long enough to take this photo of Abdul and his dog Jubei in a field of bluebonnets.  "Adorable" proclaims Abdul. "Everybody back in the car!  Let's go!"   Next

Soon they have arrived in San Antonio and Abdul begins sightseeing.  Some would look for the Alamo Dome or Hemis Fair Plaza or Sea World.  Abdul looks for the Pearl Beer Brewery.  "Ooooh!" exclaims the bear.  Next

They have arrived at Abdul's hotel, The Menger.  It has everything that Abdul At the Menger Hotelrequires: a four-star rating, great service, luxurious rooms, good food, and (most importantly) a world renown bar.  It's also right next to the Alamo.  The hotel has an interesting history and even some ghosts.  Many famous people have stayed here: Teddy Roosevelt, Sarah Bernhardt, Bill Clinton and now Abdul the Great!  Next

Abdul waits for someone to open the door for him.  "This bear doesn't open doors!" snaps the haughty bear.  (At least not in front of photographers.  After about an hour he was seen angrily pawing open the door.)  Next Page: A Dandy Ghost
